Within the context of our business, Terms and Conditions (T&C) represent the foundational framework that defines the legal parameters governing interactions and engagements with our website. These binding terms are established by Simone Facial Beauty and are intended to delineate the legal relationship between our esteemed visitors and our business. It's essential to tailor T&C according to the distinct needs and nature of our services, ensuring comprehensive coverage of our business operations and customer interactions.

Terms and Conditions

1. Appointments & Booking

  • All services are by appointment only

  • Appointments are confirmed once booked online / deposit received

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling

  • Missed appointments may be subject to a fee

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Policies:

  • Minimum notice is 48 hours to cancel or reschedule

  • Late cancellations may result in:

    • loss of deposit

    • partial or full service charge

  • No-shows are considered a late cancellation

3. Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits may be transferable with proper notice

  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, cash, e-transfer, PayPal

  • Remaining balance due at appointment time

​

4. Consultations & Results Disclaimer

  • Results vary by skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare

  • Consultations are informational, not guarantees

  • Client is responsible for final decisions

  • Healing and colour retention vary from person to person, skin healths differently

5. Medical & Health Disclosure

  • Clients must disclose:

    • health conditions that could affect treatment: e.g. keloid scarring, diabetes, heart or blood conditions for Permanent Makeup

    • medications that could affect treatment: e.g. blood thinners for Permanent Makeup

    • pregnancy for Permanent Makeup and brow/lash styling

    • history of cold sores for lip blushing or brightening

    • skin sensitivities

    • allergies to dyes or makeup

  • Studio is not responsible if information is withheld

6. Aftercare Responsibility

For all treatments:

  • Aftercare instructions must be followed

  • Failure to follow aftercare may affect results

7. Refund Policy

​Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not provided.

  • No refunds on services rendered

  • No refunds based on personal preference

  • Adjustments are handled through consultation or touch-up policy (if applicable)

8. Minors & Guests

  • No services for minors without parental consent

  • No extra guests/children unless approved

  • For safety and comfort, only the client receiving the service is permitted in the treatment area.

  • Due to the nature of Permanent Makeup (needles, blood contact), minor guests cannot come close or touch any instruments or materials. 
     

9. Accessibility & Comfort

Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility or comfort needs.

  • Clients encouraged to communicate needs in advance

  • Studio will do its best to accommodate

10. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. It could happen if:

    • contraindications exist

    • client behaviour is inappropriate

    • expectations are unrealistic
