Our Booking Policy

We truly value your time and appreciate the opportunity to serve you. To ensure every client receives the best experience, a booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total service cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Booking Fees become non-refundable after this period. No-shows and late arrivals of more than 20 minutes are considered cancellations.
